Issue

When launching Bluebeam, it crashes or only shows a blank page where a document should be.


Solution

- Click on the start button

- Search for 'Bluebeam Administrator'

- In the Revu tab, click 'backup settings'. Choose a place for the .zip file settings and click 'save'.

- Click 'reset settings'. This will reset Bluebeam to defaults.

- Click 'apply' and 'OK'.

- Bluebeam should now launch
