In order to perform your job on site, you'll need to use Airwatch Secure Content Locker. This guide will explain how to launch the Secure Content Locker and edit forms so that you can e-mail them back to the main office. Scroll to the bottom of this document for common troubleshooting steps.


Step 1:

Locate and tap on the Content app on your iPad.



Step 2:

Type in your passCODE. This code is provided to you on your new employee paperwork.



Step 3:

Tap VKE_ProjectManagement. You may be prompted to enter a username and password. This information is provided on your new employee paperwork. If you've misplaced it, e-mail [email protected].



Step 4:


Tap on your district. In this example, Student_Housing. This will change depending on which job site you are assigned to.


Step 5:

Tap on your job site. In this example, Sterling_Northgate. Again, this will depend on the job site in which you are assigned.


Step 6:

Tap on Superintendent. This can change depending on your job position.


Step 7:

Tap on Forms. Your Project Manager can instruct you as to which folders you'll need contents from.


Step 8:

Tap Daily Report.



Step 9:

The form will open up in the content locker. At this point, the form is not editable. We need to open it into PDF Expert to edit it. Tap the Square with an upwards facing arrow (highlighted in red).


Step 10:

Tap Open Into


Step 11:

Tap Copy to PDF Expert


Step 12:

Our document is now editable. Enter information into the purple fields.



Step 13:

Once you have finished editing your document, click the Square with an upward facing icon and tap Send by Email.


Step 14:

Tap Document in the Choose file format dialogue box.


Step 15:

Type a recipient in the To field. Click Send when finished.


Troubleshooting Steps:
Issue: My documents aren't showing up or aren't synced.
Resolution: From time to time you may need to perform a sync to see your documents in the content locker. To do this, click anywhere and drag down. This is illustrated below:
