Some job sites may require that you install and use Plangrid on your iPad. Please follow the instructions CAREFULLY


Step 1:

Determine if you have Plangrid installed on your iPad. This can be done by searching for the Plangrid icon. If you do not have Plangrid installed on your laptop, follow the instructions below.

Locate the App Catalog icon. It may be in a folder titled Airwatch. Tap on it.

Step 2:

Tap the Install button next to the Plangrid app. You may be prompted for your iTunes password. This password was provided to your on your employee paperwork. If you do not have your password, please e-mail [email protected] and we will retrieve it for you.

Step 3:

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Locate and tap the Settings icon on your iPad.

Step 4:

Tap Cellular Data on the left side. Turn the slider OFF on the right side next to Cellular Data.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS AND DOWNLOADING LARGE PLANS OVER A DATA CONNECTION WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR CELLULAR COVERAGE!

At this point, it is now YOUR responsibility to connect to the construction trailer's wifi network.

Step 5:

Locate and tap the Plangrid icon. Log in to the app using your e-mail address and password. If you do not know your password, please contact the Helpdesk.
Step 6:

Tap the job plans that you need. You should be connected to the construction trailer's wifi network. If you are not, please see step 4. Again, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONNECT TO THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER'S WIFI NETWORK TO AVOID CELLULAR COVERAGE TERMINATION!
